So now even the low-end base model FWD A3 gets the RS-type grill and the S3 doesn't even get a flat-bottom steering wheel? Plus we get fake vents on all variants even on the rear bumber so now it looks like a lame Honda Civic Type-R? I don't know what Audi was thinking when designing the new A3/S3/RS3. Don't get me wrong their are parts I like about the car but a lot I dont. The headlights look too large and the interior dashboard has ugly angles for the AC fans and a touchscreen. There have been many times when I've not liked a model redesign when it was first unveiled and end up liking it later on but fake vents are awful. I do like it minus those parts I mentioned.

Yah, I think this update looks awful.

Step backwards, Audi is lost in the woods.

They made the virtual cockpit graphics less attractive, now look like something out of a Mustang.
Removed classy knob controls for smudge screen.
Added honeycomb fake inserts for some reason
Made the headlights the size of Texas.
Performance changes???

Keep your FL 8V, its not getting any better.

Love the new headlights/ leds. Also a fan of the wheels that seem to be on a few different models, obviously larger on bigger cars. Audi always has great wheels. The designs are going almost too “ futuristic “ Do love the mesh grilles are carrying down to the lower end cars, for those who cannot afford an RS model. Great video and pics as always!!!

You’ll be able to get it with a flat bottom steering wheel...it comes either way. This particular car didn’t have it.
