For Sale:
2009 Audi TTS Prestige - Red
79.8k miles
O’Fallon, IL (17 miles east of St. Louis, MO)
Super fun and amazing car, drives great, and very quick! Not a lot of these around!
Reason for post is this is a third car for my wife and I and we’re looking at something else.
About Car:
-Vehicle purchased May 2019 with about 67k miles and a clean Carfax (no incidences since).
-Prestige package includes Bose sound system and rear parking sensors.
-Previous owner lived in Florida so no Midwest rust on surface or underbody.
-Car has been babied. I have never raced, tracked, or even launch controlled this car.
-I generally average about 27-29 mpg (95% interstate driving).
-Car has been meticulously maintained, garaged, and is thoroughly detailed 2-3 times a month.
-Exterior does have normal wear, but I did have hood and front bumper/fender repainted August 2019.
-Interior is in great condition. No major signs of wear.
-Car is ready to go and is very clean inside and out.
Maintenance:
-Dealer had vehicle serviced at Audi Creve Coeur November 2018 at about 67k miles and included all 75k mile service maintenance as well as new tires, which still have tons of tread remaining.
-Timing belt and water pump service done February 2020.
Mods:
-6500K HID headlight bulbs – June 2019
-Audi logo door lights – June 2019
-APR Stage 1 tune – June 2019
-OEM wheels painted black - August 2019
-Calipers painted red – August 2019
-Top Speed Pro-1 Performance cat-back exhaust – March 2020
-Philips Diamond Vision fog light bulbs – September 2020
Flaws:
1. Engine splash guard (under car) was sagging when I purchased vehicle. The first time I washed the underbody I took a look and realized the holes under the front fender for the trim screws were stripped. I replaced the front fender screws with zip ties and has been holding up fine with no problems. (Apparently this is a common problem for Audi cars if you search the forums. Some people won’t even replace it if it breaks off or some use zip ties like I did)
2. Car has 2 very small spots on driver door that previous owner or dealer used touch up paint on. Luckily it’s on the lower part of the door that’s facing downward so it’s hard to even notice unless you are close and crouched next to vehicle, which is why I didn’t even bother with repainting it when I had the hood and front bumper/fender done.
-Looking for $18,000 OBO (please no low ball offers as I don’t need vehicle sold ASAP)
-I based this off similar Audi TTS within 500 miles on Autotrader, the condition of the vehicle, and that it is up to date on maintenance.
-Just paid off vehicle. I’m just waiting for title to come in.
-Will ship at buyer’s expense.
