How much will it cost to repaint rims?

I want to get a couple of the rims on my Q5 repainted, how much should I expect to pay for getting one rim repainted?

Call around to your local wheel repair shops.

For me it was about $150 a wheel to refinish like new to match OEM paint/finish. I think it was a little less to just powder coat black - for example. But those were 19" wheels.

Also if you have bent wheels or cracks - that can run around $100 extra per wheel to true them or repair them before painting.

Thanks I have 20" inch wheels, two of the four rims have scuffs by the previous owners. Interestingly, two tires are 95% intact, but the other two can definitely use a complete makeover. Would it be better to repaint all four or just the ones that are an eyesore?

Are you guys in the Northeast? Any recommendations for shop in New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut?

$150/wheel. Elite rim repair in Plainview. Had 6 wheels done by them. Two were not to my liking and they fixed them no questions.

Thanks, I'll check them out, do you think they can touch up the other wheels as well (instead of fully repainting them)?

Couldn't hurt to ask but I think it's all or nothing. Turn around is like 3-4 days.

Just had a set of 4 20' wheels powder coated----$500. Much better than painting. You should be able to get your choice of colors. Mine are gloss black
    2020 Q5 prem plus Matador red/Beige
