    2010 Audi A6 3.0 supercharged with CODES P2006 & P2007 PLEASE HELP SOMEONE!!!!!!

My Audi is sending codes P2006 & P2007. Its saying the manifold flaps are stuck in the closed position. I have removed the manifold intake housing and cleaned of all carbon. I also checked to be sure the flaps wasn't broken. I'm thinking to replace the actuator, are is there any other suggestions before I begin this task again?

When you re-install the manifolds onto the head, you need to hold the flaps in their open position. You can do this by hand, or by hooking a small hand vacuum pump to the actuator.

Yes, the flaps have to be in the right position.

I almost made that same mistake.

Thought the same thing, flaps might now be stuck behind intake port dividers..
Thing everyone warns about when reassembling the intake
