Just wanted to share my experience with xenon uk over these past few weeks. I was set on getting a rs7 front and after hearing so much praise about them i decided to go with them.
I emailed them for a price quote for the bumper shipped. First initial email i got was a quote of 351 usd

It is what it is. I gave it a day and then decided to pull the trigger. So i asked them for an invoice.

As you can see, i had 0 response from them after asking for an invoice for the shipping price of 352 usd.
Last week i decided to send a new email just to say heyyy im still waiting for an invoice

Ok. So now my new quote is 455$ usd. Like wtf? Shipping charges jumped by over 100$? They explained to me that charges keeps increasing due to covid. I was pretty pissed because i asked for an invoice when it was $100 cheaper but they failed to follow up with me and now i have to pay an increased price. Whatever.
At the same time i had a buyer on here who wanted my s7 bumper. We made a deal and he was even generous enough to compensate for the price difference so i could go ahead and order the xenon uk bumper.
Xenon uk sent me an invoice for the bumper with shipping charges of 455. I paid it.

Total sent to xenon uk was 1124 usd for a bumper that cost $520 usd. At this point i thought it was a done deal. Drove 2 hours to meet up with the buyer and sold my Bumper to him yesterday. Now the waiting game
But wait. Theres more

Xenonuk wants ANOTHER $80 usd AFTER i paid for the invoice and my funds went over? Like. Is this serious?
U know what. I get that shipping prices keeps increasing at a time like this. But how are you going to go from 351$ to 455$ and now asking me for ANOTHER 80$? They originally fucked me over by not responding to my email when i asked for an invoice, and even AFTER paying for everything they want MORE money? So what happens if they were busy this week and the prices increased another $200. Would that be MY fault? No. IMO a good company should honor the prices they gave, especially AFTER sending an a invoice and the buyer PAYING for it.
I am beyond pissed with this company. After a lot of bickering i got my refund. But now i have no bumper and i will NOT be doing business with xenonUK ever again. Am i unreasonable for wanting a company to honor their invoice pricing? Or are we at the point where customers r responsible for everything including a companies lack of communication or delayed shipping?
On the side note, can anyone recommend a different company where i can get the rs7 bumper? I know bks has one and i seen some on ebay fron latvia. Not sure if those are trustworthy
Sorry for the rant/vent. Maybe im in the wrong but i still feel this company should of handled this better.
