    Hey all

    Just wanted to share my experience with xenon uk over these past few weeks. I was set on getting a rs7 front and after hearing so much praise about them i decided to go with them.

    I emailed them for a price quote for the bumper shipped. First initial email i got was a quote of 351 usd



    It is what it is. I gave it a day and then decided to pull the trigger. So i asked them for an invoice.



    As you can see, i had 0 response from them after asking for an invoice for the shipping price of 352 usd.

    Last week i decided to send a new email just to say heyyy im still waiting for an invoice



    Ok. So now my new quote is 455$ usd. Like wtf? Shipping charges jumped by over 100$? They explained to me that charges keeps increasing due to covid. I was pretty pissed because i asked for an invoice when it was $100 cheaper but they failed to follow up with me and now i have to pay an increased price. Whatever.

    At the same time i had a buyer on here who wanted my s7 bumper. We made a deal and he was even generous enough to compensate for the price difference so i could go ahead and order the xenon uk bumper.

    Xenon uk sent me an invoice for the bumper with shipping charges of 455. I paid it.




    Total sent to xenon uk was 1124 usd for a bumper that cost $520 usd. At this point i thought it was a done deal. Drove 2 hours to meet up with the buyer and sold my Bumper to him yesterday. Now the waiting game

    But wait. Theres more



    Xenonuk wants ANOTHER $80 usd AFTER i paid for the invoice and my funds went over? Like. Is this serious?

    U know what. I get that shipping prices keeps increasing at a time like this. But how are you going to go from 351$ to 455$ and now asking me for ANOTHER 80$? They originally fucked me over by not responding to my email when i asked for an invoice, and even AFTER paying for everything they want MORE money? So what happens if they were busy this week and the prices increased another $200. Would that be MY fault? No. IMO a good company should honor the prices they gave, especially AFTER sending an a invoice and the buyer PAYING for it.

    I am beyond pissed with this company. After a lot of bickering i got my refund. But now i have no bumper and i will NOT be doing business with xenonUK ever again. Am i unreasonable for wanting a company to honor their invoice pricing? Or are we at the point where customers r responsible for everything including a companies lack of communication or delayed shipping?

    On the side note, can anyone recommend a different company where i can get the rs7 bumper? I know bks has one and i seen some on ebay fron latvia. Not sure if those are trustworthy

    Sorry for the rant/vent. Maybe im in the wrong but i still feel this company should of handled this better.

    Sucks man!!!

    My buddy ordered from them and the packaging was terrible and there was a bit of damage. He had to fight with FEDEX for a refund or something.

    Your only other option is likely OEM rs7. I have that and it is waaaaaay more. Or find an OEM one for sale somehow on ebay?

    I've ordered a bunch of OEM stuff from Latvia. This isn't OEM, but prob is shipping takes 1+ month to arrive usually.

    Most oem stuff is for the facelift. And its way cheaper for some reason. I only saw one pre fl rs7 bumper and it was like 2500 lol

    I was looking at that listing. I just dont know of the quality

    Here’s something funny. My buddy did a quote through xenons site and its 909 shipped. Sooooo is this considered false advertising? Or they trying to make a quick buck via email?

    thats crap business practice.

    how long from sending the "final" payment, until they asked for another 63?
    they should be processing payment the day it ships. and if they waiting 3-5 days after payment to ship, and prices increased during that time...thats on them. the latest dated screenshot you have is 7/27, so I cant sell how much later they asked for more money.

    it does suck that you are now roped in since your OEM bumper is sold.
    id keep pressuring them to honor the original price since its not your fault they sandbagged the ship date.

    I paid for it on friday evening

    They emailed me this morning

    So 2 days

    When i pressured them to honor the price, they told me they dont work around a customers schedule and i cant expect them to work as quickly as i wanted lol....and they refunded me when i told them im gonna put them on blast




    They sent me invoice on 29

    Bks made me an offer for 25% off their bumper. Mid sept availability. At this point im gonna go with them. So far, way better communication and customer support.

    Guess ill be whipping my c300 for a bit

    Bad business on behalf of Xenon UK.

    I had bad experience with Xenon UK as well. I was interested in buying an RS7 front bumper and emailed with them back and fourth because I wanted the bumper without the main grill and they kept adding the grill to the invoice and even after I asked to remove it, no reply.

    I thought Stonecarbon 2009 On EBay was the go to for an RS front bumper in the USA?

    They are ridiculous. Had a bad tone with me too. Hope everything is good with the bumper!

    Im only aware of them doing diffusers. Not a bumper

    It seems you were battling over $80? Just eat the cost as the seller, know your customer will be happy and likely come back and/or recommend you to others. Whine about it and lose a customer and find post like this when you Google yourself.

    I was going to order an RS7 grill from them, I've been contemplating for a few months in fear of quality. Based on this review alone I will be looking elsewhere, thank you for posting your experience. Absolutely ridiculous to be constantly charged new shipping rates.

    Stay away. Their grilles arent worth it.

    I ordered a grille from AliExpress for 180 shipped. Prob the same or better quality for much cheaper. Ill let u know how it is
