Testing the waters to see if there's interest in the 2018 allroad Prestige I bought in February 2020. This was the best-equipped car I could find on the market so I bought it sight-unseen from a dealer in Wisconsin. That said, I've been working from home (like most everyone else) since March and am not really driving it much. Since it looks like I may be working from home for a lot longer, I'd rather have a car with no payment. This is just a feeler to see if there's interest in this car. This is not a fire sale or a part-out. The paint-matched Thule Dynamic roof box is not included with the sale and is not for sale. Anyway, onto the car:

Suspension:
- H&R Street Performance coilovers (stock suspension included)
- KW 30mm spring spacers (rear)

- Hartmann 20x9 ET25 Peelers
- Continental DWS06 255/35/20 tires

Bodywork:
- Replaced the silver front valence with a new repainted piece because the previous owner scraped the original valence
- Paint matched the front fender reflectors and rear bumper reflectors (stock reflectors included)

- OE Leather door armrest upgrade
- OE low profile rear headrests
- B&O Speaker line LED module for color match mod
- Thule AeroBlade Edge crossbars

Known issues:
- There's a scratch on top of the liftgate spoiler
- Door ding from my daughter (new as of this month, thanks kid!)

Mechanically, the car needs nothing. Interior & exterior are in fantastic shape and the car has almost every option. The suspension and tires were installed in March/April and have less than 2k miles on them. The peelers also got new tires when I bought them, and they have less than 1k miles on them.

Price: $38,000 $36,500 OBO with the B9 RS5 wheels shown in the first few photos. Other wheels can be negotiated into a sale to adjust the price accordingly.

Is this a Canadian-spec vehicle?

Any issues regarding warranty work or getting work done at the dealership? There was recently an article about (admittedly, Mercedes) how cars from Canada had issues with getting work done in the US due to differences in VIN, dealer software network, etc.

Yes it is Canadian, and no, no warranty issues. I had it in for warranty coverage a month ago for a failed passenger side mirror motor and a defective interior LED. Both replaced under warranty. This car’s factory warranty has expired anyway.
