Recommendations on a wheel and tire shop in NYC/LI/West Chester

I'm in Brooklyn and am looking to upgrade the tires (and maybe rims as well) on my B9 S5. I know how to describe the ride comfort vs performance I'm expecting from the tires and I have some wheels I have my eye on. But I'd like to find a good shop that will guide in me in getting what I want as I'm afraid I may make a mistake as a first time buyer if I buy online just based on what I learned.

Anyone have any recommendations for a shop in a Brooklyn, Queens or Manhattan? I can go to Long Island or West Chester if there are better shops outside. Obviously, they should have a large enough selection of brands/models, so that they're not limiting what they recommend to what they have and not the best fit for my needs.

If you want to come up to Westchester, The Wheel Doctor in Yonkers is good. Prices are fair and work is good - they use Hunter Road Force balancing.
