Help: Mystery Vacuum Hoses Under Intake Manifold

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
Does anyone have part #'s for these hoses?
Can't seem to find them anywhere or find any info on them, even the dealership couldn't help me find info on these hoses.
Also wondering about the white piece, looks like a T connector of some sort, I'm wondering about a replacement for that as well.
Any info or part numbers would be greatly appreciated!
Just trying to get these hoses and that white 'T' thing replaced while I have the intake manifold off

I changed my t-connector to a metal piece from Home Depot/Lowes. One less thing to worry about snapping off.

I might do that too. Is there a specific size of the t-connector I should consider? I thought I read somewhere on the forums about one from ECS but can’t seem to find that thread

Those are difficult to pin down, they were part of an emissions / crankcase system that was revved a few times.

All the hoses in question are 5mm ID which means you can use any hose rated for oil / fuel, or even radiator hose if you're in a bind. Any auto parts store will have it.

    This is what I purchased:

Fragola 8600/8700 Series Parker Push-Lok Hose - Sold by the Foot (hose only, no fittings)
    Part # : FRAHSE8600
    https://www.verociousmotorsports.com...ld-by-the-Foot

    AN Size: -8 AN

Additionally, if you want to create your own sections consider some US Plastic elbows + couplers.

3/16" / 4.762 Tube ID Black Nylon Elbow

3/16" Tube ID Natural Polypropylene Coupler

Thanks a4darkness for the information! I’m definitely going to follow these links for sure and get those hoses.

Now as far as those other 2 links for those plastic parts are those meant to replace the white t fitting as well? I’m curious but might go with the oem metal version if so.

    Sure thing man.

Negative, not intended to replace... although there's def an adequate t-fitting available from US Plastic as well.
Posted those so you had options if you wanted to create your own sections of hose.

[QUOTE=a4darkness;14213227]Those are difficult to pin down, they were part of an emissions / crankcase system that was revved a few times.

All the hoses in question are 5mm ID which means you can use any hose rated for oil / fuel, or even radiator hose if you're in a bind. Any auto parts store will have it.

I see a lot of different hoses rated for mostly fuel and vacuum system and to be honest I’m a little confused about what to get maybe because I need to be educated about these hoses I’m questioning...

Are these hoses fuel and/or oil related? Or just vacuum related? I know you mentioned any hose that’s rated for oil/fuel will work, so I seen a few options including cloth braided and silicone hoses (some that state only fuel/vacuum, but don’t say anything about oil) that I’m questioning might work or not. Basically I’m just trying to figure out if the hoses I’m trying to replace are “specifically” oil/fuel type hoses or if they are “just” vacuum/air type hoses (with the exception that fuel/oil hoses are a compatible replacement)

Please forgive me for my lack of knowledge on this subject, I’m just trying to learn and retain this knowledge and get these hoses done so I can move on to other things that need attention and these are some of the last parts/hoses I need to replace before putting the intake manifold back on.

Again I appreciate your help, been struggling with these hoses for awhile and you definitely gave me some useful information to get this going and done once and for all.
