Anyone running the Becker catback exhaust or purchased recently? I would like to know impressions of sound in cockpit and performance gain.
I currently have IE intake and Stage 1 epl ecu/tcu and stock exhaust. No pullies. I have heard some YouTube clips but haven't found any testimonials on droning or cabin noise.

There is already a post about this with feedback. Don't buy it. Most likely won't fit right. Center. Pipes will hit the support brace. It's not a true dual exhaust as rear mufflers only flow through one pipe. Clamps are shit, you will have to buy news ones..

Like I said, spend money on a better system.

I've had mine for 2 years now. Daily driven in salt and snow. There is some corrosion, but minimal, and not on the tips or final mufflers. I think any system driven in a mild winter will do that.

The clamps are crap. Get some SS double clamps from amazon.

The first 6 months I think it was too quiet on the inside.

Now, interior noise is present, but it is not drone. You know its aftermarket. I had a Magnaflow that was bad to begin with but got worse and worse as it got older.

Outside it sounds great. At cruise and part throttle it will not wake up the neighbours at all. At full chat it will wake everyone up.

The fit (according to the installer) could have been better but no rattles or noises once it was in. He was surprised by the build quality for the price. I would do it again for the money.

The inner tail pipes don't flow as much as the outer ones. You get this weird asymmetry of the tailpipe colour.

Honestly it's half the price of many of the competing systems. It's not half the quality. Maybe 3/4. To each their own opinion on that.

Thanks! My main concern was drinking and interior noise. The other concern was the flow of the mufflers since they don't flow evenly. The concern with that is the effect it may or may not have on ego's. The other option is the OBX exhaust ,the mufflers look different than the Becker. Now keep in mind the awe/ecs/apr are all are nice but loud and drone more and give louder cabin noise level for my taste .It would be a shame to spend high dollar and hack up one of those systems to get close to my needs. I'm willing to try out either the Becker or OBX for something a "little louder" than OEM.

Yeah unfortunately the better systems won't be able to provide what I need. Which is close to no drone , don't want anything thats too loud.
