    18x9 ET43 Litespeed Racing RS5 Magnesium Wheels 17lbs

$2,000 shipped- Litespeed Racing RS5 Magnesium Wheels in 18x9 ET43 and 5x112 bolt pattern. They are Satin Silver in color and weigh in at 17.3 lbs according to Litespeed Racing. I weighed them in at 17.2 according to my bathroom scale. These have a 57.1 hub bore and made for the MQB platform including the Golf, GTI, Golf R, Audi A3, S3. Retail is about $7,200, but I got them for a deal bc of the unknown fitment for my car.

Condition is best described as new, probably a display model, found only one small nick and scrape on the back side of the one wheel. Faces are in perfect condition.

I test fit them on my RS3, and although they barely rubbed and probably a 5 mm spacer would let them clear I’m deciding to just sell instead. So if you do have a TTRS or RS3 beware of that. Sad to see them go, but my loss is your gain.

Interested.. I have an rs3. When you say "barely rubbing" what do you mean exactly ? What was it rubbing against ?

It was rubbing the caliper, the caliper will need some minor modification which I may do in the coming weeks if these don’t sell. You can also probably add a 3-5mm spacer.

Interesting, looks like some light grinding to the caliper would do the trick. Another question...

How do this sit in relation to the fender, Slightly inboard or more flush or stick out ?

I'm looking so a more inboard fitment, not so much flush.

Also what type of payment do you accept and how would you ship ?

They definitely won’t poke but a little inboard and closer to flush as these are 3mm less offset than the setup pictured below (18x9 ET45). 18x9 is a wider setup and perfect for a 255/35 setup. As far as payment I have Paypal, Zelle, Venmo, etc. $25 extra for PayPal protection. Shipping I do through a friend he’s shipped out a couple sets of wheels for me.

We have the same color with silver optics ,

So just to confirm , shaving the caliper I would be good ? Your probably not a wheel expert but was that your plan ?

Payment ready. How long before you can get them out to 91730 ?

Yes that was my plan, IMO it won’t take much but I would play it safe with shaving about 3mm gap to account for heating of the brakes. Brian Saxon did something similar with his carbon ceramic setup and I did this on my S3 to fit a set of 17’s. I’ll text my friend in the morning to see when he could ship them out but I’d assume Tuesday or Wednesday with Monday being a holiday.
