    Nice. I wonder how many of those rebuilds are due to the "lifetime" timing chains?

    I notice the Ford 6.4 liter gets honorable mention. Combine that with the chronic problems with the Ford Triton V8's and you might say that Audi is just off the bottom of the list.

    Try the Triton V10. My uncle has one of those. Replacing injectors all the time, even had it launch a spark plug while it was going down the road.

    Problems I have with that list 1) where is the BMW N20 motor? 2) Why is the Acura MDX on the list? They say it's likely to need a rebuild after 190k miles, a near 20 y/o car with almost 200k miles has lived a long life in my book lol

    I have no issues with this engine being at the top of list. It deserves it.
    Benign oil usage to fix is not a benign bill though.

    “Hey guys found a 2009 A4 with 140k. Owner says it just needs new spark plugs, looks nice. What’s the best cold air intake and tune?”
