2020 Q7 in matador red

Hi everyone, so I know the Q7 is available in the matador red color way, and I’ve seen pictures of it too. But how come there isn’t a single dealer that has the new Q7 in this color? Does that mean this color way is not available on the U.S? You gotta be kidding me lol

Dealers tend to order the more common, most popular colors first and the more exotic colors i.e., Matador Red is neither. It is definitely available in the States but special order only I’m sure. Same thing with interiors. Black is far and away the most popular with most models although the Arras Red is getting a lot of attention in the “S” models. But, try finding a Rotor Gray interior! I am interested in an SQ8 in Matador Red with Rotor Gray interior and the high gloss gray wood trim and stock 21” wheels but know that will be a special order as almost all SQ8’s have the ugly (to me) black package with 22” wheels. Maybe if I was 40 years younger but that’s a trend that can’t go away soon enough.

If youre wondering why they dont have it, next time you go for a drive, take note of how many cars on the road arent black, gray or white. Its shockingly few

They will probably get some down the road, as either cancelled orders or just the dealer getting creative, but from the start, makes more sense to have the color combos most people seem to want
