Looks very similar to the good eBay ones but the price is really good. Just curious if anyone has ordered from this site, and what the quality was like.

why spend over $100 more than the ones from ebay? from those i've seen installed (mine included) are more than fine.

Avoid at all costs, unless you don't mind spending more coin for the same products/feel more at ease that the site itself specifies "German", like your car's origin.

I can't seem to find this exact pattern on eBay. The honeycomb is a little different then all the other's I've seen. I'm not opposed to buying it off eBay if I can find it.

Before ordering I emailed first to verify if the product I was looking for was in stock. I was told that it was in stock. I proceeded to submit my order afterward. Being that the product was in stock, I assumed that the product would arrive in less than 5 days. I ordered April 2nd and received the grill on April 20, and the Audi rings the following day. The rings arrived with one of the tabs broken, but I managed to mount it securely. The product was shipped from China. This is why I sent an email before actually ordering. I didn't want to wait that long. The product is also sold on ebay for less. Overall, I can't say I liked the sales experience. It felt as if I was deceived into the sale. The product was not readily available when I asked and still had to be ordered from China. As far as the grill itself, it's ok. The quality of the plastic is good. Not as solid feeling as an oem, but it works and looks nice. The little "RS5" badge is ok. I did not use it. The fonts are not the same size and the red Audisport stripe is off, but for my application it didn't matter. So sales experience - not the best. Product is good, not super crazy excellent, but works.

They basically drop ship from alibaba. Here is the link for their rs style grill for s5. They even have same pictures of installed cars.

Question for those who ordered from German Cars Accessories, what type of shipping option did you select? i opted for fast shipping UPS. Do they actually use UPS for a package this big? the reason i am asking is because i also ordered on alibaba for the same type, but it has been 49 days, i hate when they use china post to save cost...that thing is still in china in transit after that long.... smh

I ordered from German car accessories site, I did the expedited shipping and it took 7 business days from the day I ordered or 11 days total, personally not worth the price they sell them for better off just buying from eBay

I will just add this - I purchased a rear spoiler from eBay that purported to be for the S4 (not A4) because it was about $20 less than GCA. Part came and sure enough, it was marked with 'B8A4' on the packaging and it didn't fit. I went back and forth with the seller including sending pictures of the car, spoiler, markings on the spoiler, and a comparison of the A4 and S4 trunk differences to illustrate my point. They told me the part was correct and that they would take off $10 so I could have it professionally installed...

Ordered the part from GCA for the higher price and received exactly what I wanted. I was also able to communicate directly with them via FB messenger to share my concerns about the fitment after my ebay experience and he assured me that they were aware of the differences and the part was designed for the S4.

Not saying there's anything wrong with ebay - I've had good luck in most cases, but there is something to be said for a seller who is truly more knowledgeable about the parts they sell and who is more willing to stand behind them.

I’m a bit late to this discussion, but I would like to add my feedback. I ordered 2 “carbon fiber” products from them. They arrived and are clearly just plastic imitation. You can see obviously where the pattern just merged into plain plastic again at the edges. I emailed them to complain about this and they just rudely denied and told me I was wrong. I ordered the genuine Audi equivalent and the difference was night and day! I guess you get what you pay for, but I just wish they were honest about what they’re actually selling. I also posted reviews on their website, they do not appear.. so they are filtering their reviews for only 5 star feedback. Given they told me they have sold hundreds of these items, and each one has no more than 5 reviews, that tells you how many they have had to filter out!

I got my RS4 grille from them and it's just a cheap plastic one that imports from Asia. I tried to immediately cancel (30 mins after) and they refused to stop the order.

Yeah I had similar issues.. not quite as quickly, but I tried to cancel one of the items and they said no sorry cancellation policy requires you to cancel within 24 hours.. It was only on the second day. They then didn’t ship for another 4 or 5 days.. even though their website commits to shipping all items within 2 working days! Little things like that are not great.. they just wanted to keep the order whatever.. maybe they know once people receive their order they won’t want to be a repeat customer so just get the orders you can, while you can 🤣

My experience with this company

Firstly I received the wrong item which I can understand happens from time to time.
I contacted Michael immediately and was told the proper item would be shipped out "right away". I asked if duties would be paid or if I'd be reimbursed should I be charged again for duties on the replacement and received no answer (finally answered after asking twice).
I figured I would hold the incorrect part until the proper one was delivered since I already received the wrong item once and was afraid I'd have to do multiple returns coupled with this being the first time I've purchased from them and already having an issue.
I contacted again after a few days to get an update as no replacement had been sent. I was told the proper item would be sent once the wrong item was seen in transit. I mailed the item and provided a tracking number although I didn't feel comfortable doing so until the proper item was delivered.
I was then sent an email that day saying my proper item was shipped with a tracking number that told me something was delivered to their front desk on February 21st.
I asked about this tracking number assuming it was a mistake but received no answer as to why I was sent this tracking number that told me something was delivered to their front desk on February 21st and not one that shows my item was in transit. I asked again and was rudely told that this was already discussed (even though it wasn't) and I'd receive a new tracking number when the item was shipped. This seems very odd to get an email saying my item is shipped when it really has not and a false tracking number. I was then told the item would ship "today or tomorrow".
After the next day I asked again when my item would ship and I'd receive my tracking number and was told that you don't actually have my item and we are now waiting for new ones to be produced.
I asked a few days later just for an ETA since at this point I'm not confident in anything and once again I was told "today or tomorrow"

This is very disappointing that I've been lied to on multiple occasions.
1) Being told my correct item would ship right away. It did not
2) Being told it would ship "today or tomorrow". It also did not
3) Receiving an email that my item was shipped with an incorrect tracking number. Maybe in the hopes I wouldn't notice?
4) Not having the item at all and now having to wait for more to be produced. Not a big deal but why lie about it since this was known prior to lies 2 & 3.
5) Again being told it would ship "today or tomorrow". Once again it did not.

I would definitely stay away from this company as I've been waiting over 1 month and still no item sent.

Just my experience
