Hey guys just wondering if there is anything out there for the 2019-20 Q3 platform available yet? Such as a piggy back or tune?

    Thanks

theoretically it would be the same as any VW/audi MQB piggy back. I would try a neuspeed power module Part #: 64.10.15. Same platform so it should work. Thats what I did with the 2018 q3 and the older platform neuspeed module.

We have gotten quite a few logs from users recently and it works very well as expected on the Q3.

just installed the Neuspeed power module and Neuspeed intake on the wife's 2019 Q3 premium plus S-Line. both work great and make the car come alive.

I leased my Q3, so no ECU mods for me. But this looks interesting! Can you share more details about the differences you experience? Does it simply accelerate faster from stop or while driving? Is the difference mostly noticeable in manual mode, or also in automatic? What about D versus S? Loads of questions! :D

    I had a JB4 for my 17 S3. would it have worked on the 21 Q3?

Power module adds boost (turbo turns faster) so from dead stop the difference is only slightly noticeable. Get going about 10-15 mph and then pounce on it you can really feel the impact. On the highway there is a big increase in the ability to get around “the old people” (my wife’s words)!

Is there a specific JB4 I should be purchasing for my Q3? Not familiar with which version I need to buy.

I was told that the Group 2 unit is the one to get.

Also, for those of you that are hesitant the JB4 is amazing. It comes reasonably close to the power gains of a flash tune without voiding the warranty. Not to mention you can resell it, and the support from George/Burger is top notch. I have one on my Golf R and will be buying one for my Q3.

Hi George, what's the difference between jb1 & jb4? Also, which one should I get for my 2019 Q3 2.0t? It's rated at 228hp stock. Thank you.

The JB4 is more advanced and connects to the vehicle data network where it receives more engine parameters to do its mapping. This gives the unit the advantage to not only control boost per rpm like the JB1 but also per gear so you can dial in some traction in the earlier gears. The unit also has*higher fueling range that allows more boost at high rpm. It has fault reading capability and can also conduct full logging. It is a bit harder to install due to the OBD wire going into the cabin.

    Group 2 here: https://burgertuning.com/collections...vw-ea888-tuner

I would recommend the JB4 over the JB1 as it is a bit more refined in power delivery although users that have not experience the difference wouldnt know this.
