Audi Key Connect 10 Digit Code

Did anyone receive a 10 digit key code for setting up Audi Connect with their RS3?

I purchased a new 2020 Audi RS3 and did not receive one attached to the keys. My dealer said they would look into it. From researching it and messaging a customer service rep, it seems the RS3 does not come with a key code because some of the features/the app (remote locking/unlocking for instance is not available with our car). Yet, on another forum, a RS3 owner did get a key code.

The MMI still asks for the vehicle code, which I do not have.

Yup we don't get key codes and yes we don't have the full suite of features unfortunately...

Honestly nothing worth wasting time on. Ask me how I know that! Spent hours on it, and for RS3 owners Audi Connect is pretty much useless. Thank goodness there's Android Auto & Carplay
