The Secondary Air Injection pump is not turned on during the start up. A cold start up. I tested the pump is fine, but no power to it. that leads me to its relay and fuse, but I can not find them. I checked some online diagrams, they are not match with my car.

Can anyone let me know the location of relay and fuse for this pump? I checked the E Box in both sides under the hood. The biggest fuse I can find are 20 A and 80 A. The fuse should be 40A or 50 A?

Fuse and relay should be in the Ebox on the right in the plenum chamber. The fuse is 50A. The fuse is in pos. B in the picture. The relay is in pos. 3

I think the above picture is from below link: When I opened it, I see the ECU computer and one relay and one 80A relay. The layout is different. Do you have a picture from the actual vehicle?

I don't have a pic from the actual vehicle. I could take a picture of mine tomorrow. It's a 2005 but should be the same location.

It's the same in this pic:

Thanks for sharing. I will open the box again and take some pictures. Yesterday I did see the 80A fuse (OK), and a computer ECU, and a relay (OK as well. not sure what it is, I checked anyway. it looks like the SAI relay based on the diagram). That is all I see. I don't see any 50A or any other fuses as shown in your diagram.

One relay, one 80A, one 60A. All fuses are fine. The relay is good too. Not sure if I am looking at the right stuff. Can you take a pic of your car for comparison?

Never mind. I think the layout matches your diagram. AudiNike. Thank you! I was just surprised by the 80A fuse because I expected to see a 40A or 50A fuse. BTW, where did you get the diagram from? I need to get a book or manual like this. Thank you again.
