Decided to post my build thread, it's a little late but here it is and I'll continue to update.

PERFORMANCE MODS
ECS Intake
Wagner intercooler with charge pipes
Milltek HFC (not installed currently getting ceramic coated)
EPL E35 tune (beta testing)
034 Transmission mount

Wheels and Suspension
ABT HAS (lowered to a 1 finger gap)
Vorsteiner VFF 107 20x10 et 30
Michelin Pilot Sport 4S 275/30/20 (future summer set)
Stock 19" Cavos w/pirelli sottozero III (winter set)

Cosmetic Mods
Blacked out headlights and amber delete done by ONEightynyc
Painted lower sideskirts.
RS5 Grille
All trim vinyl wrapped gloss black.
Windows ceramic tinited 15% all the way around
Car is ceramic coated with ceramic pro.

Performance goodies. Beta testing EPL e35 tune, E85 I tested comes out to 75% ethanol. Milltek HFC. Wagner intercooler with charge pipes, (stock photo from website, but man is it pretty!)

Headlights were $500, I didn't just do an amber delete, the silver on the bottom of the headlights and chrome bits inside the headlight were blacked out as well. I think for just amber delete it was $250. Expensive part was shipping to NY lol.

The Grille was an EMD Grille and yes it has a camera in the Front.

That doesn't seem too bad compared to the thought of baking these expensive headlights in my oven!

Darn, wish there was an rs5 grill available with the same track record for fitment as the EMD example.

Yeah it was the shipping that got pricing it was a couple hundred bucks for the headlights. As far as grills go Johann at carbnlab.com they make some pretty incredible grills with excellent fitment. Check them out.

Thanks! I had heard of them just hadn't seen definitive posts about camera fitment. Will do some more research

Mops I appreciate all the knowledge and steering me in the right direction. I'm sure we will be doing plenty of more business since I have a serious addiction to car parts, but I guess that's better then a drug problem! Lol

Just downloaded the newest revision for E35 file.

Just got the millitek hfc ceramic coated in matte bronze. Planning to take temps of the stock cat vs ceramic hfc. Will report back in a few weeks after I get it out on.

No Dyno. I’m currently running EPL stage 1 E40 file. Hope to have the hfc on by months end with their stage II software. I’m a beta tester. But so far so good. Here’s my best dragy run. DA isn’t correct so ignore that but I am at 5k ft elevation.

This is modded stage 1 e40 tune on snow tires. I don’t have my hfc installed yet so this is intercooler, intake, tune. Stage II coming soon. My elevation is 5k ft above sea level

gotcha!! So here northeast at sea level with that HFC should see mid 11's!!

I think you will see mid 11's without a HFC. My DA ranges from 5500-6500. Huge difference.
