Car cranks, but doesn't turn over. Need some pointers

A few months ago my 2005.5 B7 2.0T Audi A4 quattro left me stranded for the first time in 15 years and 144,350 miles. The engine cut out while driving on the freeway and it wasn't started since. The engine cranks, but it won't turn over. There were no symptoms prior to this. I've tried all kinds of things and I can't figure out what the issue is. I scanned the car with a VCDS and didn't see anything obvious, but I'm far from an expert so I might have missed something.

Here's a video of trying to start the car: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JeFQn4FnkhE

    Things checked/replaced:
    - Battery is fully charged. Battery is regularly connected to charger and I've even tried starting the car with a NOCO GB40 battery jump starter.
    - Low pressure fuel pump can be heard when key is initially turned so I've ruled it out.
    - High pressure fuel pump has been replaced.
    - Crankshaft position sensor is been replaced.
    - No fuses are blown.
    - Relays under ECU tested ok (2x 614, 1x 395)
    - Spark plugs and ignition coils should be fine since the car ran fine until it stops turning on.
    - VCDS log doesn’t show anything obviously wrong. No codes are shown with a normal ODB-II. I can provide the log if it's helpful.
    - No check engine light (CEL)

Audi gurus, any tips on what else to check?

Are those DIY checks that I can do or does it need to go the shop?

Can you borrow or purchase a compression test kit? Cheap and super useful.

1 - remove all coil packs and spark plugs
2 - remove fuel pump fuse
3 - screw in compression tester
4 - crank the engine for 5 revolutions
    5 - read tester
6 - repeat for the rest of the cylinders

report the max numbers read for each cylinder here

cranks and turns over is the same thing to me so im a little confused.

so it cranks ( turns over ) but does not fire ?

if you take the oil cap off and look in while cranking are both cams moving ?

Yes, the cranks are moving when the key is turned. Sorry for the bad terminology. I always though that "turn over" is what is was called when the engine was fully on. My mistake.

I will have to report back on the compression. I'll have to test this in a couple days.

There are two cams one for intake, exhaust. Exhaust cam will move(visible when oil cap is removed) even though timing chain broke. Intake cam is only visible if the valve cover is removed. People can correct me if I am wrong.

Easy way is to do compression test and this gives an idea what to do next. If you don’t have the kit for it, you need to removed valve cover and look for intake cam movement when you crank the engine.

Thanks for the tips so far. I got a chance to get a test the compression...

Unfortunately, there's no compression on all 4 cylinders. I tried a couple times and got the same results.

My car's symptoms are exactly like this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SFonTWfD_7c) of a 2.0T Jetta. The cranking sounds identical with no compression. In their case, the timing chain was off. Is this likely my fate?
