I bought a set of control arms that ended up being incompatible due to their site listing. Shipped them back per their RMA. They denied the request to return even though it's their fault. Later I looked at reviews (too late) and this is the common theme for them. Worst service ever. Customer service wasn't even apologetic and couldn't be bothered to capitalize their sentences... Hopefully someone can avoid misery with this company.

Damn that’s a shame to hear. I’ve used them for probably 3-4 orders and had great service. Even got the wrong part and did a return using the RMA # and had no issues. Sorry that this happened to you.

BBB took care of them. Got a refund from Parts Geek this morning. Too much effort for decent service!

Same deal with Parts Geeks. Took a VISA dispute to get my $300 back... after four months.

Avoid these crooks.

So BBB made them refund me. They refunded. Then they used my credit card to issue a recharge for it. Now I kind of feel like I need to cancel the card so I don't get mysterious charges. Fighting with chase over fraud all over again.
