    Unhappy Help - 2016 Audi S4 - How to remove/fix/replace AC line seal/lock ?

    Hello everyone,

I recently bought a 2016 Audi S4, it had minor damage on top of the hood, thus damaging the connection of the metal AC pipe, so now I have no AC.
I tried researching what the clip is called and if there is a way to remove/fix/replace the connector.

I tried removing the pipe from the connector and didn't have any luck.
Here is a picture of the part that I think is broken:

I went to multiple shops that have tools to remove fuel/ac line connectors, and none of the tools worked.

    Any help appreciated, thanks.

It's documented in the HVAC workshop manual. Special tool to release with "quick" connects. erwin.audiusa.com, pay for a day, get all the PDFs for your VIN.
