Often while driving the headlights, dash pod, and radio lose power. A 2 second beep comes on. The radio also makes a pop noise. The abs and brake light normally flashs and/or go solid and then after 3 seconds it all comes back to life.
The engine does not stop, nothing else is turning off from what I can tell. Sometimes it will happen many times a drive, sometimes it goes weeks with no incident. It's not related to potholes, acceleration, turning, or braking. It happens at any rpms including idle.
