Sounds like your Bank 1 Sensor 1 O2 sensor is perhaps going. I'd replace it for good measure if it comes back, then if you still get codes after O2 sensor replacement it would take a deeper dive.

Actually it was changed at Audi 2019 December. Normally if it’s real problem it should come after I cleared code or after 100-200 km drive but it won’t come out. Maybe it’s just a leak in a exhaust? Or bad fuel or too good fuel? As I know such sensors in total are 8?

Sure thing. You didn't mention you cleared it 200km ago in your original post. Then I also would likely not worry.
You could log things to see if anything looks askew, but honestly I wouldn't venture as to what exactly to log and without something prior to compare to it might be unhelpful.

Just an update firstly I got that code on 2019 December, Audi changed sensor for 400 eur with labor, now code came again, but I cleared it and it won’t come again after 1000km drive, so I wonder maybe it was unnecessary to change that sensor in a first place

Personally...I would not have cleared it and drove it right back to the dealer so they have record that the 400 eur replacement may be failing or something else is wrong. Now unfortunately there is no record of it...just my .02 euro anyway...good luck.

Well they said it’s not big deal, so we will see, normally if real problem persists check engine should pop out even if you clear codes, same thing happened for me when I had problem with one tpms sensor, it failed and even after cleaning code it pop out on dash board

Well Gk1 is super knowledgeable around here. I think he even mentioned at one point is surprisingly common for the incorrect O2 to be changed because left/right banks cross. Gk1...I don’t mean to put words in your mouth, but I have the same code and similar experience after clearing to see if it was just a one off random issue.

I get the same codes when I pull it hard. So my guess is we all have a similar exhaust leak.
