Question A6 C7 D5S HID Replacement Bulbs - any suggestions?

I have an issue on my 2016 A6 C7 with my right headlight which is a very dim purple color. Seems to be a bad bulb obviously and working on replacements from the OEM Philips D5S HID headlamps.

Been looking at a number of sources ands wondering if anyone has made a switch you're happy with.

Morimoto X, Philips XV2, Osram CBB?

I have upgraded my stock HID bulbs to CBB and would definitely recommend. Alot more light output, even after I tinted my headlights with light smoke vinyl I still have better output than non-tinted OEM bulbs.

With you CBB HIDs do you have automatic lights for turning them on and off based on darkness, I was talking with theretrofitsource.com and the told me that the Morimotos will not work with the Auto ON and OFF feature on my 2016 C7 A6.

This seem pretty complicated for headlight bulbs.

The CBB bulbs are ones I will look at. According to the information I found there are not a lot of options for D5S HID Bulbs,.

Fall back is goto the stock OEM Philips Bulbs...

I have zero issues with the CBB bulbs, they operate just like OEM. Morimoto doesn't make CBB though, I believe it's Osram maybe.
