Thinking about purchasing All Season tires in order to visit Lake Tahoe once or twice a year for skiing. 1 or 2 trips doesn't warrant dedicated snows, IMO. Stock setup is 255/40/21 summers, I've read in this thread All Seasons, but before buying wanted to see if anyone has successfully fitted 265/40/21 scorpion zero all season on their SQ5 without any spacers are modification?

It should fit depending on offset. It is pretty much max you can go as far as tire height is concerned. It will sit just shy of a 1/4" closer to the suspension on the same wheel and will probably bulge a little on the wheel. Similar to another thread here max recommended for an 8.5" wheel is 255, but you could always check the manufacturer info directly because they can vary some.

Thanks for the input! Going the 265 route saves roughly $400 for anyone who might be faced with the same decision. I'll come back here and post some pictures once they're installed.

How many miles are people getting out of the Atturo's? The wear rating isn't the best at 320.

At least pick your days and try to avoid snowstorms.
265/40/21 fits, but if you're lowered you need spacers. I'm 15mm square, no rubbing. Without spacers it rubbed when turning wide.

I took 7 with stock Pirelli Verdes A/S, and it was dangerous. Also, 7 is dropped on H&R springs.
I took it then on Scorpion Winters, and got sidewinded on banks of snow, just driving around thru parking lots, during storms. Had to be towed. And yes, I bought a snowshovel..
    Merći, Candide Thovex!

So be careful. Currently runnig Atturro AW730 M+S, great tire(for the purpose).
