I bought a used Audi from and Audi Dealership (will withhold name for now) back in July. At the time I bought an extended warranty directly from the dealership - 4 years /60,000/Drive train. A few weeks ago, a deer ran into the side of the vehicle and it was totaled out by my insurance. I have been trying to contact the dealership for weeks for the pro-rated refund, but the finance manager at the dealership is completely ghosting me. I'd love to buy another Audi and continue being a life long customer but the way this has been handled so far is deeply concerning. Hoped to get this resolved, and will keep this thread updated for anyone else considering an Audi Pure Protection plan in the future.
