    Another Issue with Dealer On Cancellation of Audi Pure Protection

    I bought a used Audi from and Audi Dealership (will withhold name for now) back in July. At the time I bought an extended warranty directly from the dealership - 4 years /60,000/Drive train. A few weeks ago, a deer ran into the side of the vehicle and it was totaled out by my insurance. I have been trying to contact the dealership for weeks for the pro-rated refund, but the finance manager at the dealership is completely ghosting me. I'd love to buy another Audi and continue being a life long customer but the way this has been handled so far is deeply concerning. Hoped to get this resolved, and will keep this thread updated for anyone else considering an Audi Pure Protection plan in the future.

    I'm very sorry to learn about these developments, first with the deer hitting your vehicle and then with the lack of information with the finance department. I'd be more than happy to engage some additional resources on your behalf to get this resolved for you and get your refund. Have you attempted to contact anyone else at the dealer besides this specific Finance Manager? If you can PM me some additional info I am sure that we can get to the bottom of this quickly for you.

    Not sure if it's possible, but have you tried going into the dealership? Also, if you used a CC to purchase the extended warranty, maybe try going thru them as well? It's funny how quickly people will respond once you start taking money out of their pockets...
