A good friend of mine has an issue with his 2017 S7. Suspension has stopped working after module coding was deleted. Here are the codes listed....

367877 - Ride Height Not Learned C1044 00 [009] - - Confirmed - Tested Since Memory Clear Freeze Frame: Fault Status: 00000001 Fault Priority: 2 Fault Frequency: 1 Reset counter: 181 Mileage: 36503 km Date: 2019.10.16 Time: 14:33:27 266752 - Control module not coded U1013 00 [009] - - Confirmed - Tested Since Memory Clear Freeze Frame: Fault Status: 00000001 Fault Priority: 2 Fault Frequency: 1 Reset counter: 181 Mileage: 36503 km Date: 2019.10.16 Time: 14:33:27 267265 - Control Module Incorrectly Coded U1014 00 [009] - - Confirmed - Tested Since Memory Clear Freeze Frame: Fault Status: 00000001 Fault Priority: 3 Fault Frequency: 1 Reset counter: 181 Mileage: 36503 km Date: 2019.10.16 Time: 14:33:27

I was wondering if anyone can post their long code for the suspension module pictures below, so we can try and hopefully works for his module.

I think codings are vehicle specific. For it to be the same code the car has to be EXACTLY the same, even factory tires size, with or with out dynamic steering, pre/post facelift etc. you should have taken a picture first if the coding. I would take it to the dealer for this so they can download the coding from Audi server. Being a 2017 it’s probably under warranty and does not require and hardware change.

Only problem is running the risk of being TD1. Car has stage 2 APR.

dam, I lt would definitely flag the td1 because it will get hooked up to the scanner.

No matter when you connect it to a real diagnostics device.. it will show TD1 if something was ever changed in the ECU that wasn’t done by audi themselves. Even if you set everything back to stanard in your ECU, you still get flagged.

Anyways, even if you get to paste a copy of long coding, your car still needs to learn its ride height, not sure that vcds can do this. You might get lucky at the dealership, that looking into just the suspension module, won’t trigger the TD1 flag.

Thanks for all the input guys. We were able to get it fixed without going to dealership. We actually found a Audi tech that came to us with computer and recoded the module and set new suspension height parameters. All happy now.
