Please read my whole listing, there’s a lot of modifications as well as extras I’m including with the sale of my vehicle:

With a heavy heart, I’m selling my 2006 Audi A3 3.2 VRT S-line in Brilliant Red. The increase in difficulty of CA emissions and police patrolling around the roads I drive is a sad reality I have to face. I’d like the car to go to someone out of state where SMOG isn’t required (smog will not be provided with the sale of this vehicle). The car has never been launched, redlined, tracked, smoked in, or had pets in it. It’s an outstanding example of an A3 with a turbocharged VR6 powerplant. It has a 6-speed DSG transmission with paddle shifters.

I purchased this 2006 A3 3.2 bone stock with 38k miles from Acura of Reno in July 2016. It was owned by 1 previous person that drove it sparingly. Over the last 3 years I’ve owned this vehicle, every maintenance performed and modification installed has been at 034Motorsport in Fremont (they can vouch for this). I have a binder of receipts and work orders. I purchased their last turbo kit September 2018, before they discontinued it (the 034 intake manifold was already discontinued at the time, thus a cast aluminum one from Germany was installed - vacuum lines tapped by 034). It has every drivetrain/suspension component 034 makes, it handles very well.

The car has been tuned by Nate on the 034 Mustang dyno and makes a healthy 370awhp, on CA 91 octane, 12-13psi. It has a DQ250 DSG tune as well, also done by Nate. Note that the turbo has a .82 a/r hotside housing as recommended by the shop in the car’s current state (stock short block), a .63 housing is available through Precision if the next owner wants to swap it out. The head has been decked and valve, valve springs, and retainers upgraded, guides changed.

The exhaust is a full v-band, custom stainless steel 3.5” from the turbo all the way back out to the car, welded/fabbed by Sonu at 034. It has a custom 3.5” high-flow cat, no muffler. The car is loudest on cold start and WOT. The sound unmatched by any other car out there, it’s menacing and raw with backfire sounds and burbling. It has several v-band flanges, one of which is near the rear axle, so the rear piece can be removed and replaced with a custom muffler section if you so choose.

Overall, this is a very well balanced car in its current state. It has the potential to make a lot more power with forged internals, though some argue a stock VR6 24v block can take a lot more abuse. It is not a show car, it was built to be driven. It takes about a minute to get warmed up on initial cold start, after which point, it drives like a charm. There are some minor external blemishes, please read below.

Serious inquiries only, no tire kickers. Buyer will need a second vehicle to assist in transporting all the extras included with sale.
