HELP NO SOUND AUDI RS4 MILLTEK!!

    Hello People

First of all I am sorry for my bad English

I have an Audi RS4 B9 with milltek exhaust
I have a real strange problem
The milltek was fitted one year ago

2 weeks ago i remarked that I had less exhaust sound and after a couple hours I had no shift farts and power loosing.

Then I called the chiptuning company they said I have to check the exhaust valve cable connector.
The cable was damaged so the passenger side valve didnt worked

So we tried to repair the cable and ordered new 4 pin connector
We tried a couple combinations because we didnt looked at the colours when removing the cables

We tought that we have sorted it out because the valves where working again but the right valve makes noise when shifting

Now the car is in limp mode but the strange thing is that there no exhaust sound. It is a very quiet exhaust now.

We get the error code P048C00
    Exhaust pressure control valve
Pos. Sensor / switch circuit range /performance

We placed a new valve motor (100 euro's) and the fault was gone, a little bit of pops and bangs but not better than original sound

We removed the chiptuning software but now the car is worse, after 5000 rpm it gets in limp mode

    Can you help me?

Is it a wiring problem? Does someone have a wiring diagram of exhaust valve for rs4 b9?
Or is this a calibration problem?

We tried to the remove the pin between valve motor and valve. Then we fixed the valve so it can not close but no result.

    Thanks for your help guys

I think the limp at 5k is because the car thinks the valves are closed. The valves need to be open at 5k, so this is the only reason I can imagine it's happening specifically at that rpm.
