As mentioned, the car weighed 2940 lbs with the driver. For reference, curb weight on the 2018 Audi TT RS is ~3300 lbs (excluding driver).

Micaiah pulled pretty much everything non-essential + smaller brakes. Sorry, I don't have a detailed list of exactly every bit that was removed.

Appreciate the transparency on the weight reduction because there are all sorts of records everywhere and it involves cars that are nowhere close to street trim.
I have pulled my seats out in the past for events, but yanking 500lbs out of the car is pretty aggressive. But if it is for record-setting, that's what it takes I suppose.

Thanks! It's pretty important to provide this information to set realistic expectations for others. This was very much a hunt to set the record and we smashed it by quite a large margin.

Thanks John, trying to do some forward planning for when my fixed suspension needs a refresh in a year or two. Ohlins seems like a proven product just need to wait for the revision to ship.
