    Question about exhaust tips

New member here. I've tried searching the forums and can't seem to find a relevant post, so I apologize in advance if I overlooked it or if this is in the wrong forum.

I have a 2018 Audi A3 Quattro S-Line and would like to get the S3 diffuser and go with quad exhaust tips. Does anyone know of any good quality single-to-dual exhaust tips that will work with the stock A3 exhaust and the S3 diffuser? I haven't pulled the trigger on anything yet because I'm not sure if the dual tips need to be offset in order to fit the diffuser. Thanks!

Probably cheaper and easier to just get the catback from an S3 then to modify your existing A3 muffler when you factor in cost of tips, probably around $100 and then labor if you want em welded another $100ish. A used S3 catback if probably less then $200 and then youll get a little more noise as well.

I have my stock S3 tips laying around if you want to try something with that. I had them cut off to put on new tips.

I'm thinking you can have them welded onto some custom piping. But I echo Serbyfritz's suggestion of getting an S3 catback secondhand (oem quality and fitment). Not sure if A3s have the valve controllers.. but the S3 catback is valved as well.

Based on the reading I’ve done, that seems like the way to go. I’ll probably end up doing that. Thanks for the advice.
