A3 8V 1.4TFSI S-Tronic irritating sound, gearbox? w/video

Hi,

I'm new on Audizine and this is my second car Audi A3 8V 1.4TFSI S-Tronic.

My 8V 1.4TFSI S-Tronic DQ200 has a weird metallic/rattling noise while accelerating on Eco mode specially, bellow 2000rpm. It happens on Comfort mode sometimes.
I have been at my Audi dealer two times + two random dealers they just don't know...
Audi dealer just want to change many parts like change oil, stabilizator, clutch and the mentioned turbo tho... I have tried other forums, but they just don't know. Porably not a common problem for VAG cars

Quite irritating do drive like that, feels like the engine or gearbox is gonna blow up one day... I often put the gearbox in manual or Sport to not get the sound out from the car.
The car has done 119.000km/74.000mi
So maybe one of you can help me? check out the whole video, few clips.

Any clue?
I found a small loose metall clip/part on wastegate, but not sure how that little thing can so loud rattle sound.
But if it is the wastegate, it should make rattle while reving it. This sound cames when it changes gear in low RPM

I guess there's nobody with a 1.4 TFSI engine on this forum as most members are from the NA. Try to ask on audi-sport.net, it's a UK based forum and there are more chances to meet a fellow 1.4/1.5 engine owner.
