Mobil1 is not the best choice for oil. It was downgraded to s Group III oil 12 years ago.
Lets give a few other options consideration.
Let's try Liquimoly Leichtlauf 5W40 or Motul 8100 X-Cess 5W40. Try 5k miles oil change intervals.
And most of all, you absolutely need to get a carbon cleaning done. The best, quickest and most effective means is through media blasting with walnut shells. Your dealer doesn't subscribe to this as they are bound by corporate to promote only BG products which don't work.
Walnut shell carbon cleaning will do many things. It'll restore lost power and performance. Improve morning starts. Restore a smoother constant idle and improve mileage. At your mileage, you should be on your second carbon cleaning.
