These can only be purchased via invite...I was probably on the list for 6 months or more but I was finally able to buy one. Installed on the wife's S4. I didn't want to use their vent mount BS, as that is tacky. Here is where I mounted it:



Two-sided 3M tape - should hopefully hold. Stuffed the micro USB cord inside the console and brought it up into the storage under the armrest, using the access panel. I've only test used it, but it hears my voice just fine in that location and responds quickly.

In my wife's case, she can still have voice activation with her phone in her purse. Useless in my vehicles as I have Android Auto in my truck and have my phone out every time I'm in my BMW.

The downside I've seen thus far is the Alexa app running full time is a battery killer. She has a new phone to upgrade to but hasn't done so yet, so if I can get her to switch phones over it may be fine with the newer one.
