    Silly rabbit motorsport terrible customer care

    Wtf yeah they may knock out good quality parts and think they have a niche market!! but it won’t be long before a new company will pop up making parts just as good, but will make the effort to communicate with there customers reply to emails and phone calls or even let you know when there going to dispatch your £800 waste gates after
    7 weeks, 3 day , 6 hours , 43 minutes and 22 seconds of no replies they need to prepare to be blown out of the water when this new company starts up that has secretaries , dispatched managers and customers relations that communicate with there bread and butter us the people !! that dispatch products same day and let you know an estimated delivery time SRM change your way now while to still have customers left !!

    China can make a part and send it to the UK in 7 days ( days not weeks) so SRM take a leaf out of chinas book , your getting a bad reputation for how slow you are and the lack of Communication to customers MUD sticks , if you dispatch parts quickly you wouldn’t have an over load of emails to ignore ( which is not how to do business by the way) SRM need a customer review page on there website to realise how bad they really are !!!

    SRM get out of the casinos with my money make my parts package them drive to Fedex put them on a plane and leave the rest to the postal service send an email to let me know it’s on it’s way with a tracking number ( how hard is that) 🤯

    He makes some great stuff
    but his customer service is
    lacking. Him and plenty of
    other niche market vendors
    I’ve dealt with over the past
    decade.

    If it’s not something you can
    wait for do not order from them.
    I waited for a year for certain
    custom parts.

    It’s one of those things. If the company
    in question is already known for slow
    shipping & handling times then if that’s
    something imperative to you then don’t
    do business with them.

    I get what your saying with some companies but when it’s states 5 IN STOCK !! are they really in stock and they wait 6 months to dispatch them I don’t really care I’ve received them now but the lack of response on emails and stating there in stock is misleading but as you said topic be done before but this is my experience I don’t give a F#$€ if it’s been said before I want to express my experience it’s a free country

    his company is really not serious. I ordered an inlet for the audi s6 over 3 months ago and until today I did not get anything !!!!! Where the waiting time was supposed to be 3 weeks. They keep making up some fairy tales .. First, the delay was because they got other pipes, later an explanation that the welder fell ill ... Later there was a delay due to the training of a new welder, at the moment they write that the new welder welds badly and there will be another delay ... I understand a delay of a week or 2 but not 2 months ... It's a comedy,The car is waiting and I can't tune because I have no intake. Really not serious behavior. I do not recommend

    I do not want to offend or slander anyone without justification, I have correspondence with the silly rabbit for confirmation
