    You have a way to fab the right size hose ends? May also have to come out the side as well.... Out of all those the only one that might work is the frozen boost unit.

    I used a C&R large aluminum radiator as a heat exchanger until a few weeks ago. It did well, but I had to do a lot of fabbing to make it fit. The one thing to look for in radiators vs. Heat exchangers is how dense the fins are. A lot of radiators don't have near the surface area that specific heat exchangers do.

    I know there's a guy on here that I met at Route 66 in Joliet. He was running at radiator as a HX and running 11s. Really nice car. I bought a Merc.

    Isn't a heat exchanger just a broad term for intercoolers/radiators etc.?

    A radiator is a type of heat exchanger right?
    I think people call them HX instead of intercooler sin out car to avoid confusing it with the intercoolers in our blowers?

    All correct. But radiators will usually be 'formatted' a little different, IE the openings on this unit.

    The size was the largest that would physically fit. They will custom make HEs, although more expensive.20170617_124931.jpeg

    I have the lingenfelter pump plus the stock pump. I had made adapters for the inlet and outlet.

    Last week I moved over to the Merc and stock dual pass inline instead. I haven't had time to compare temps yet.

    I think so. I was with Paul. I have the Sprint blue B8 S4 and my friend Paul had the ibis white B8 S4. We talked about how plain our forum names were and didn't expect to be on them much lol
