Carista or OBDEleven - Which is better?

Hey guys! Title says it all. I am looking into purchasing one of these since I want something more than just a regular scan tool.

From what I've seen they both offer similar functions and access to all the car's systems. Carista is cheaper but with a sub - but works on iOS. OBD11 is backordered forever with their new gen.

So should I just get the android compatible OBD11 or go with Carista?

I have Carista and I have no complaints offers great options and has a really user friendly interface on the app

If you have An Iphone get Carista, however if you have android phone get OBDeleven. Obd11 has the feature of doing long coding, but not as good as a vagcom . For me, Carista or Obd11 are complementary to Vagcom, it’s convenient since you can access on to go, with your phone. For serious coding and logs, get a Vagcom.

What can you do with the Carista? Can you make the windows go down via FOB? Can you make the DRL brighter?

VCDS/Vagcom is the best but not convient, you have to carry a PC or kind of windows tablet with you all the time.
