I'm trying with no success to download and install Ross-tech Vag to this thing.
Does anyone know if this can be done ?

Amazon Fire Tablets are running an Android-based operating system. Ross-Tech suggests using VCDS-Mobile for smartphones and tablets. Here's the link ->https://www.ross-tech.com/vcds-mobile/vcds-mobile.php

I don't know if it will actually work since the OS is andriod-based, and not fully android, but it's worth a shot!

For reference, here's where that information is specified on Ross-Tech's website: https://www.ross-tech.com/vag-com/faq_1.php#1.9

    Good luck!

You'd need to buy HEX-NET to use VCDS-Mobile, and they aren't cheap. I have used Chrome on an Android tablet to access it. In theory as long as Amazon Fire Tablets have a web-browser it should work.
