Ultrakd's 2013 Audi S4 (Black Canary) Build

I've been meaning to start a build post for a while. I finally decided to get started on it. My S4 is named Black Canary, and I've had her for about 4 months. I have a 2013 Audi S4 Prestige fully loaded with sport diff. I got it with 69k on the dash from the second owner.

This thing has been absolutely solid in and out. It's current on all is maintenance. 100% stock and almost showroom quality inside and out!

As of right now not doing any performance modifications due to the trying to be responsible and save up. But I can't wait to get intake, exhaust and tune in this and really wake it up.

Since I work at a custom car audio shop, the first modifications she will betting will be a full JL Audio System installed. I will be starting on this very soon so stay tuned for more details and pictures of the audio build and specs.

It's a good factory system. But in comparison to what I'm used to is bleh lol. I run JL C7 3ways in the front and JL C5s in the rear.

For those who haven't experienced great audio....our B8 or B8.5's audio is meh at best. I've had several cars with upgraded audio as we do in our home. Like night and day. What is in your cars (and mine) are good....there is better for sure.

I guess I had very crappy OEM systems in all my previous cars.. I found this BO to be amazing.

My last B8.5 didn’t have the B&O option and i felt like I was missing out. My current one does, and unless I have the volume up over 20, it doesn’t sound great. The Jeep Wrangler Rubicon I had in between my 2 S4’s had the factory Alpine speaker option, and it crushed the B&O in my opinion.

We just worked on a new Jeep Wrangler JL with the Alpine and it sounded real good. The guy jus added some subs to it. But otherwise it had a good sound. I can't wait to really get started on this though.

Been working on building the trunk this week. Here's where I'm at so far. The sub box is built and I'm now working on the beauty panel going across it.
