Both have great advantages mentioned above, the main being camber correcting for lowered vehicles which is ultimately what 90% of us are looking for. 034 makes a great kit that is geared more towards track purpose vehicles. Spherical bearings can wear quicker as they are exposed to the elements more so than a ball joint, they make a convenient replacement kit for if/when the time comes. 034, in our experience, does take longer to align as you have to remove the arm/spherical heim from the stud installed on the steering knuckle and then adjust the spherical rod end, check, repeat as necessary. This can take a few tries to get right on an alignment rack as you have to lift the front of the vehicle to gain access to the arms.
SPC adjustable arms are similar in design and are more user friendly as you can adjust the arms with two wrenches while the vehicle is on the alignment rack. As you adjust you can watch the readout and lock them in place once your aligned. Also, SPC makes a spherical inner option for those who see more track time than daily duties while keeping the outer an OE style ball joint.
034 has
two different styles available depending on the amount of camber you need, Camber Correcting and Track Spec. Camber Correcting offers over 5/8" of outward adjustability from stock length. Track Spec is 1/8" shorter than stock, these offer an additional 5/8" of inward adjustability from stock length.
SPC arms both give you 1.5 degrees of camber adjustment regardless of which kit you go with.
Remember, whenever correcting excessive camber always move the harness located on the inner fender to avoid damaging the harness.
