3.0T Avants for sale sightings

So I'm just starting a thread for all the 3.0T Avants people find on the intarwebs. So please only post 09-11 model year A6 Avants.

I'm always looking around and since they go fast maybe it will help somebody out. (mods hope this is ok)

Thinking about letting mine go but having a hard time pricing it because there are so few out there for comps.

It's an 09, 96k, dark blue on amaretto/black. Not sure what trim level it is but it has the push button start/nav/power telescoping wheel/steerable lights.

That sounds like prestige trim. That said, I didn't think 09's had a push to start option?

If condition is good, you should be able to list for maybe 13k-ish?

definitely an 09 and definitely push to start. Could never find 09 order guides though so not really sure what it is.

guess it is a prestige. Doesn't have shift paddles but it does have the heated steering wheel and I recall those may have been mutually exclusive.

Sounds like mind. 09 Prestige with cold weather package. Are the rear seats heated? I don’t have shift paddles either. Bose speakers ?

Also you can call Audi of America and give them the VIN and they will give you the options and trim level.

Looks really clean - good find. Crazy low miles! Sacrificing prestige for an 11 with under 40k makes sense. Not sure about 20k however.

midnight blue w/ amazing amaretto two tone interior
105k, all service records, 2nd owner. Oil changed every 5k since 35k. Transmission and diffs have had fluid replaced around 60k. All new HD control arms (within the last year)

I think every (or almost every) option, S-Line was only offered in 2011, but we have the rear bumper from a s-line bought new

GIAC tune
custom magnaflow cat-back, X-pipe to central muffler to rear mufflers (all magnaflow) with perfect sized aggressive tips (4" or 4.5"?)
Koni adjustable shocks
h&r springs
rs6 grill
A 3.2 intake boot with the silencer removed (and sealed) for increased but subtle SC whine
Rear S-Line bumper

Have all stock 18" wheels with tires and all stock parts except exhaust and non s-line rear bumper (minor fender bender).
No serious accidents, but two minor ones that were cosmetic only and was repaired and painted by a very high end shop (they are the local aston bentley bodywork place)



It's not exactly for sale, but the right price might motivate me.

To be clear, not trying to sell it. Just putting it out there if someone wants a clean one with maintenance records, tasteful mods, and some preventative maintenance done I could be swayed with a too good to pass up offer.

Nope - I don't think so. My 2010 Premium Plus has heated steering wheel and paddles.

Last week I picked up a 2011 Audi A6 3.0T Prestige Avant - 107k miles - Ibis White with Amaretto/Black interior... I always knew these were rare but was surprised to learn it is one of only two made that year.

It came with 19" peelers but I am currently rocking a set of neuspeed wheels I had from my TTS:

I was actually pretty happy with that being a quick, private, cash sale. Based on the ones that do pop up on autorader, I think that was inline with at least what they are being listed for.

The problem is KBB and edmunds have these down as being 8k cars. I think because they are so rare they basically price them as if they were sedans. Whether buyers think they are worth more or not it doesn't matter, they will use that as a bargaining chip.

There is also a location factor here. If I was in the pacific NW I probably would have waited until I got 12, but being in Maine, (non-subaru) wagons aren't exactly a hot market.
