USP A5, S5 spoiler fitment

I ordered the Aggressiv Carbon Fiber Spoiler For Audi A5 and S5 from usp motorsports for my 2008 Audi s5, and the more I’m reading people are saying the a5 spoilers don’t fit the s5, but it’s advertised for both.... does anyone know if it will fit my car? Or not? Usp motorsports was having a sale on it so I jumped on the deal but now I’m having second thoughts whether it’ll fit or not. Any ideas?

The s5 trunk is a little more curved than the trunk of the a5.

The spoiler that's made for an a5 will fit an s5 but both ends might need to be pressed down a little longer/harder to ensure that it will adhere properly (because of the slightly more aggresive curve of the s5 trunk).

I had a similar problem/question regarding my caractere spoiler which is made for an a5.

I might add the curve on the S5 and A5 S line are more curved and those lip spoilers are really made for the A5 base model. IIRC.

Right, the s5 and a5 s line have the same trunk lid.

I have the spoiler on and there’s a small gap but it does fit nicely, might take it to a custom shop for them to shave out the middle so the sides fit better, thanks for the help!

Same situation with me.
Ordered the spoiler for my 2008 S5 because the site says it will fit. I didn't think about different trunk shapes & now I'm concerned.
I sent you a friend request BMonson2. I was hoping you might share photos of how it fits your car.
My spoiler should be delivered tomorrow. I'm going to try it out but I'm almost positive a bad fit will drive me nuts.
