    4.2 freeze plug location

    Anyone have a reference diagram/pic of the location of the freeze plugs on 4.2? Chasing a coolant leak between the block and transmission. No sign of leaking from the top rear of the motor

    I have a bottom end on an engine stand in my garage, I’ll take a look in the morning if nobody responds before then👍

    I looked and took a couple of pics I’ll host them later. It looks like there are two freeze plugs right where the transmission mounts to the block. One under the head right above the starter, and one under the drivers side head in the same soot. I’m not sure if there are any others because the flex plate is still on this bottom end.
