Anyone have a dual mass flywheel failure with DSG?

Curious what the symptoms were......I have been trying to diagnose some annoyances with my transmission since replacing clutches 6 months ago that I didn't have prior to the work (however, when my clutch failed it was a WOT spin in 1st and shifting to second clutches slipped followed by an awful bang with drive train "shock" then limp mode. I've suspected the drivetrain shock I experienced may have tweaked a solenoid in the mech, but now wondering if it may have damaged the springs in the DMF.

New clutches hold 100%....however I have the following symptoms:

    1) When starting the car, during initial turnover of the motor I can feel engagement briefly like the car loads up and puts forward pressure I can feel up against the brakes. Its brief and literally comes with the 1st crank of the motor and then is fine. (Car in park)
    2) 1-2 and 2-1 sometimes a bit clunky. (in sport mode when it downshifts into 2nd its not always smooth)
    3) when coming to a stop, as soon as the car comes to a complete stop I get a slight bump that tends to go away if the transmission is hot.....my 15 minute commute isn't long enough....usually more like 45min of driving before I notice it goes away for the most part. Boost pressure and RPM's increase/fluctuate slightly when the bump happens.....

    So annoying.

i have, but those arent symptoms of dmf failure, if yours is failing you will hear a rotational thumping/knocking noise from your bell housing at idle, you would be able to hear it through the wheel well. sounds like either the mech is acting a little fucky or you adaptions arent set properly. ultracharger wrecks the dsg, wouldnt be surprised if you did a whole bunch more damage than just the clutches.
