Manual B8/B8.5 S5 Production Numbers?

I'm looking to purchase a manual S5 and was wondering if anyone has access to information on how many of these were imported into the US. I'm also curious to know if Audi ever imported any manual S5 cabriolets? Based on my research, it looks like a manual S5 cabriolet was never offered in the states.

I don't have the numbers to give you, just wanted to wish you luck in your search.

I know my manual S5 was the only one I found in AZ at the time and it was bought at auction in CA (originally sold at Rusnak Audi).

I also searched for months until I landed on mine.

EDIT: There were a couple of B8 S5 manuals around at the same time mine was, but it was B8.5 or bust for me. Was about to "settle" for a '16 RS5 (I love manuals) when I stumbled on mine.

I’ve used that thread to find out my 2015 Sepang Blue S5 manual was 1 of 25 sold in North America.

My 2010 S5 6MT (picked up a year ago) was the only one I could find within 200mi of me, I think if people did get manuals with these, they tend to hold onto them more than the automatic crowd.

When I bought mine I was able to email the VIN to Audi of America and they sent me a letter with the exact production numbers of my vehicle specs. You might try that route, Audi of America is normally pretty responsive.

I believe there are also some AoA reps on these forums that might be able to help.

Well, I know where two of the 25 are now. I also have a '15 Sepang S5 manual. Black fine nappa as well?

Actually have the black alcantara centers. Not as hot in the summer, but the 25 was for all 2016 Sepang Blue S5s with manual and black interior. They didn’t break it down further.

Good to know another one out there.

Good info to know. Spent a ton of time looking, Sepang was the top color I wanted, didn’t think I’d find it. Picked this one up a year and a half ago with 4K on the clock.

OrangeCamaro, I grew up across the St. Croix from you. Went to college at River Falls and lived in Hudson for about 10 years before moving west. Still miss it back there. Until the snow flies.

With the silver interior, I believe only 10 of those were made. 35 total 2015 Sepang Blue manual S5s regardless of interior color.

Strangely the car found me not the other way around. I just wanted to drive one (any S5) and this was at the dealer 5 miles from my house. I was not even looking for one to buy. It was the only used one they had. Just happened to be MT. It looked amazing, clean and surrounded by new fallen snow at night under the dealer lights.
Now if it only had the sport diff they said it had... and brakes that can hold up at Road America and an APR stage 1 tune. Side note do not get Carbotech 12's. They lasted for 1 day at RA Audi club event

Mine found me too. Was getting ready to travel 2 hours to get one in Daytona Gray when this showed up at my local Audi dealer less than 5 miles from home. Love the Sport Differential. Came with the Black Optics package and carbon trim. Have been working on suspension (Bilstien B16). Exhaust and better brake pads are next followed by a tune. Love it!
