Help! 2013 Audi S7 - experiencing multiple faults

Hi all,

I have a fairly new to me 2013 Audi S7. After a month of ownership I am starting to get several faults when starting the car in in the morning. These faults go away when I drive the car for 20 min and then restart it.
I get the following errors:

1. Audi active lane assist : currently not available
2. Acc and Audi braking guard : unavailable
3. TPMS Tire pressure : System malfunction
4. Sport differential : System fault (this one alarms me the most)
5. Air suspension : System fault

This is obviously not normal. I’ve video taped this occurring at least once on my phone.

I also have the app called Torque on my phone and it has logged error codes :
P0236 : Powertrain Turbo/super Charger Boost Sensor 'A' circuit range/performance
P0106 : Powertrain Manifold Aboslute Pressure/barometric Pressure Circuit range/performance Problem.

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The first errors I would try to troubleshoot is related to your suspension. It sounds like the car is too low. Try redoing the suspension and raise it by 10mm to put it back in the 380-399 range. Will need to reset the suspension related codes (#1,2,3,5) in your List. Check tire pressure and store the codes again. Once that is resolved then troubleshot the sport differential.

How do I raise the car 10mm? I generally drive the car in comfort mode so it is raised higher than in dynamic. Is it via Vagcom I can raise it back up 10mm?

Yes if you look for the VCDS Suspension thread the steps are there or https://www.ross-tech.com/vag-com/ca...elcontrol.html. You can also use OBDeleven if you have that same steps. If your reading shows the 400+ range then it has been lowered before so you would want to decrease the values by 10 to increase the ride height. When the car is too low all the faults start to show up. So after raising by 10mm and resetting the faults these errors may go away.

Where in the error log can you see the suspension reading is over 400? Just to add, the previous owner has put 275/35/20 tires on the car so the profile is a bit taller than the factory 265/35/20 but I'm not sure if that would impact the what height the car thinks it's at.

I will definitiely look to raise the car by 10mm. I did just do a quick tape measure check from ground to fender height and all except the front driver are around the same height. the drivers side front is about 1/4" higher than the rest.

There isn’t a specific error in the log, when the car gets too low it throws off a bunch off errors to systems that are affected by ride height. Measuring by tape isn’t the same as the computer will detect when the ride height numbers get over the limits. So you will just have to check the VCDS values for the 4 wheels and see.
