    2012 Q7 Adaptive Air issue

Hello Everyone. I need of some help with my Q7. It's a 2012 TDI with adaptive air. I'm getting a fault (flashing air suspension light amber) along with code 02645 Valves for air suspension - mechanical failure. First start in the morning or after sitting, everything works perfect no lights at all. Suspension goes to all levels quickly and does not sag overnight. Once you start driving, 2-5 min later the light comes back and stays on until car sits for a good while (like overnight).

I have tried a few things already now and nothing has worked. Rebuilt my compressor and cleaned it out throughly (thought maybe moisture inside), tried a different valve block from a friends Q7, blew out all air lines with air and changed rear residual pressure valves on a whim. So far nothing, same thing over and over.

Its driving me crazy. Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you

Not sure if you were able to fix this yet but I had the same issue on a 2012 also. The dealer replaced the compressor and a relay. So far the issued is fixed. If you need more info I can try and find my service paperwork.
