I don't know if they do walnut blasting or not but Foreign Affairs in WPB on Military has been a pleasure to deal with the couple of times I've used them. They are a bit pricey but they warranty all their work for 2 years. There's something to be said for shops that stand behind their work like that.

I've also used G&C foreign car repair on Dixie in WPB. It's a small one-man shop you'd expect to find on a rural road in the middle of nowhere. Very honest and knowledgeable owner.

I have no problem recommending either shop.

I just did a carbon cleaning on my B8 S5, and to be honest, the cleaning itself doesn't require all that much competency. As long as the person doing it is familiar with getting around an Audi engine bay and is trustworthy, you'll be fine.

Thanks! I'll call both shops. The issue mainly has been the independent shops arent familiar with walnut blasting at all
