I spent this weekend working on this for my MT. There are 2 different sets of install instructions, one for the EVO ALL with a manual transmission *not* using a T Harness,

There are some changes in the "A" harnesses in the sets of instructions, primarily the A13 and A9 wires and functions. It appears that in order to use the Evo All w/the T Harness, you can't use remote start if you have a MT. I was horking around trying to bypass the clutch based on a combination of those instructions, but it was a no go. The good news is that I was able to connect and leave the T harness and the Evo All in place w/out taking it all out. The functionality of the stock OEM fob to control the alarm (ie, I can still lock/unlock doors, and it still recognizes the Carista programming allowing the windows/sunroof to open/close) remains intact.
