3.2l vr6 in a b6a4

Wonder why Audi never made this happen. VW gets this engine in the R32 golf. Audi get this engine only in the TT. This engine is perhaps one of the best engines designed and the exhaust note is unreal.
A few tuners (HPA & EIP) are making over 600whp and is totally reliable and very drivable. How did the A4 market get left out. Instead we get the 3.0. Thanks Audi.

They did. No they didn't.
The b7 a4 3.2 v6 is a totally different engine then the 3.2 vr6 found in the TT or the R32 golf. The b7 3.2 A4 shares the same displacement but thats all. The motors a totally different.

the passat 3.6 i beleive is a VR6 engine

The 3.0 is a great engine... those who have the patience...the 3.0 is a great motor to mod...I will Dyno on 02-22-06 @Extreme motorsports three pulls...G3, CAI, Exhst, are on the car so will see what happens I'll post the results ASAP...after that I will be dropping off the car for Supersrint headers, S4 cats, Stasis center diff,...I will dyno the car again...will see what happens...also I will eventually crack the block and have the bottom end done...again dyno and see what happens...so that said I think the 3.0 has lots of potential...

we don´t need it cause we have the 4.2 V8 S4.... there ain´t Golf´s or TT´s with that, are there....

In my orginal post I asked I wonder why the didn't offer it in the A4. You said the vr wasn't offered in Audi, well what do you call that 3.2l vr6 thats in the TT. Oh I forgot the TT isn't an Audi, its just a Audi body stuck on a Golf. My mistake.
