Has Anyone Ever Worked With Boost Dynamic Tuning?

First time posting and looking for some input. Has anyone worked with TJ Smith form Boost Dynamic Tuning? I have spoken with him a few times and paid for a tune. He is very difficult to get a hold of. I do not want to talk badly about anyone but I seem to be having a real challenge with him. Does anyone have any experience working with him? I am hoping that I just need to try a different approach to getting him to reply to me and tune my car.

I want to follow up. I was just contacted by TJ at Boost Dynamic and I should have my car tuned by the end of the week. I will post an update when done. I hope this has a positive ending and maybe one more option for us all.

Another follow up on April 1. Still no tune. Limited contact from tuner with hope of "by this Friday" one more time. If anyone is listening I will keep posting until there is a final conclusion.

I don't like making these posts but I feel I need to let others know. Boost Dynamics has been unable to provide the tune that they were contracted to install. They may know what they are doing and may do a good job for others, but I can only state my experience. Over two months of "by next Friday" has worn thin. No effort to refund what was paid. They appear to have a problem with licensing with PCMFlash. I don't want to smear them, just make others aware. If anyone wants to talk to me please PM me and I will respond.
Chris from EPL was able to install the tune in less then an hour with great response times to any questions I had.
Good Luck, especially to all C6 A6 owners with the CCAA engine who want a tune. Apparently only a few tuners can work with this set up.

Stay away from this guy serious unless you want to buy another engine.

car shitted the bed not a even a week after his tune. 2.1k in repairs after countless hours of my own diag. from the way he treats his customers (not following up, honestly rude sometimes and generally not helpful) and the way his programs run i would steer away from BDT.

Now Trent wants the flash tool back after confronting him about the issue (the tool was with the car in the shop for that time) (me also being out of transportation, was unable to give it to him until now) from the way he treats his customers (not following up, honestly rude sometimes and generally not helpful) and the way his programs run i would steer away from BDT.
